I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks online, when they arrived the fit was all off. I came to the Walking Depot to try on a different size, but the different size didn’t fit either. The owner helped me - she looked at my foot in that shoe, pulled another for me to try, and made all the adjustments so it fit perfectly. She could tell just by me describing vaguely what felt off how to fix it and helped me find a pair of shoes that fit better than any I’ve had before. AMAZING customer service!!

I was thrilled to discover Walking Depot, an authorized Birkenstock seller. I had been searching high and low for the Birkenstock Soft Footbed Arizona Sandals in the fuchsia tulip colorway and randomly came across Walking Depot, which had the sold-out shoe in stock.
