Great variety of shoes! Returned for a pair for my sister after buying a pair for myself a year or two ago. Sales clerk would not assist in sizing, said they did not have a measuring device(?) “but brand runs true to size.” Decided I would wait until I got home and could have sister properly fitted. Niche is clearly the traveler who has to have it now, not for people with orthotics or disabilities.

Folks who work here are nice, however, as far as the "Rains" mountaineer trail bag? I could not be more disappointed:(
I asked how waterproof are these and was told "they are waterproof"... but after minimal use I would not even consider this bag "water resistant"
DO NOT put anything in this bag that you expect to stay dry in any kind of rain or wet environment!

I wouldn't sell these products if I had a store! With a name like "Rains" you'd sorta expect it was up to a challenge. Lol

After being charged the island tax of +$50 (I'm not a tourist) I have to say I'm pretty bummed, I'm literally going to have to buy another, actually waterproof bag. 😮‍💨

Buyer BEWARE. We purchased shoes that needed returned. This store has a policy only written on the receipt after the transaction that they do no accept returns and exchange only. Then you have to exchange for similar or at 60% of the item value. Taking advantage of tourists for sure. No signs about it anywhere or verbal communication.

I am so grateful to Tylor and Jen for helping me to pick shoes and sandals for me and my family members. I bough 5 pairs of shoes and they are all of incredible quality and very comfortable too. So happy with my shoes. We went hiking and they were so durable and the traction was very good. Most people struggled to hike on the rocks and we effortlessly covered a lot of ground, saw amazing waterfalls and beaches. Thank you very much Tylor and Jen for your help. You are incredible.

In Hawaii style, when my Haole ass showed up right before close, they were outside the locked, empty store conversing with other business operators. As soon as I approached the door, I was offered the most kind and professional service. She wouldn't even let me rush her off into her evening without bringing me the size i asked for, plus one size up and one size down to make sure I had a good fit. Service beyond reproach.

Nice little shoe and accessories store. Good selection of Olukai sandals for men and women plus other higher end walking and trail sandals and shoes. You are paying retail, but for a small store, selection is quite good.
