employees are nice but dont be fooled, this place looks nice but its literally the worst west marine in the country ive ever been in.
their inventory is a complete lie

if it says it has 58 ft of 1-1/2 pvc hose in stock it actually has 0

if it says it has 11 two packs of 2/0 battery cable lugs it actually only has 1 in stock

if it says it has butane refills for torches, it actually has none

dont even bother with the hardware aisle? every drawer is less than 1/3 full and only of the oddball sizes you dont want.

im starting to wonder why i even have a port supply account, its useless and it seems its better to just place my orders through fisheries supply and wait for the mail, the prices are far better there anyway.

Scammers!!! I arrived at the West Marine store to buy some stuff. I parked my car on the parking lot right front of the store, while I was spending time in the store, about 30 minutes passed, my car was towed from the parking lot, just like that! and I was not alone!! it’s appeared that special people were going through the parking lot and were tracking people who parked and how and whether the cars are customers of the plaza or not. , and so .., It turned out that they did not notice me and while I was inside the store my car was taken away ..Can you imagine that?!! when I was back no one wanted give me any information regarding this situation! I just got the comment that these guys thought that I was not a plaza customers an they decided to tow my car!!!!!!!! I wanted to warn all future customers in no case do not come here! otherwise you will be left without a car and spend more than $ 250 to return it and trust them they don't care about you at all. Scammers!!!!!
