Title: A Dream Turned Sour: Our Year-long Quest for a Family Vacation Home

For over a year, my wife and I embarked on a journey to find the perfect retreat for our family. We envisioned a place not only for our own vacations but also as a venue for cherished family reunions. As working-class individuals, we knew this investment would require careful planning, so we aimed to rent out the property when we weren't using it to help with the mortgage.

Our search took us across different states, exploring countless houses and envisioning the memories we could create within their walls. Finally, we found a property that seemed to check all the boxes. However, our dreams were soon shattered.

The realtor representing the seller failed to disclose significant damages to the home. What should have been a joyful milestone turned into a nightmare of hidden costs and repairs. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue with the realtor and seller, they both refused to make it right.

This experience has taught us a valuable lesson about trust and integrity in real estate transactions. We share our story not only as a cautionary tale but also as a plea for transparency and honesty in the industry. Our dream may have soured, but we hope others can learn from our experience as they embark on their own homeownership journeys. I do not recommend using this company.

Agent was very uneducated with the property. MANY issue were present and Rich failed to inform us of a single one. Spent thousands of dollars on repairs and counting. Large company, big money. Prepare yourself because they won’t.
