I called this shop and ordered a surf board I’ve been looking for. Not only was the pricing very competitive, but the owner himself helped me with placing the order, and he shipped it immediately! He was very kind, and made sure that it arrived in TWO days so that I could have it by the weekend and surf it. This was huge for me as I’d ordered one earlier from another company earlier who cancelled my order without warning. I assumed I’d have to skip surfing this weekend due to that error. Nope- Williams saved the weekend! Excellent customer service, highly recommend this small business. I’ll be ordering the rest of my future boards here for sure!

This crew is amazing! We broke some surf equipment we had purchased here....whoops. Stopped by on the Friday of a Reunion weekend, Grant dropped everything, made the calls....did the things.... Had us back on the water in no time. They back their products and go out of there way for everything they sell. Always a good experience. Ordering from Williams was a delight. I failed to fully research their site before placing my order and ended up emailing sales requesting a bunch of changes.
