Nice staff, nice store with American made options. SAS Keen Red Wing ..........I was UNABLE to patronize this store for lack of availability, size and style.

Well I try to be as honest on here as I possibly can and let me tell you without a shadow of doubt my experience at this store was one of the best I’ve ever had. The woman sat me down and measured my foot she was so helpful and she was so kind and the gentleman behind the counter was very professional and if I could give them a score higher than 5 stars I’d do it every time!! They have earned my business and I bet my bottom dollar they will earn yours as well!!!

Very nice to find a store that actually helps you find good footwear . Measures your foot helps you find a good pair of shoes. It appears the only sell quality footwear as well . I will continue shopping there to give this local place business. Having the right quality shoe is so much more important than most people realize.

talk about a full service store! I haven't seen this kind of service attitude in years not only were we not rushed in and out but they took the time to have my wife try on 4 or 5 pairs in a couple of cases multiple times (put them on her and tied them, then took them off) but explained the difference between shoes and why or why not they would be for her specific needs. absolutely loved the staff.

Bought 260$ work boots and wanted to return them after 1 day of wearing the shoes to work. I have the receipt but recycled the shoe box thinking the shoes would be awesome because of how expensive they are. This store will not let me return the shoes because I don’t have the shoe box. I am very angry and not pleased with the customer service and do not recommend the shoes either!!

Great place, have bought my shoes from them for at least 13 years, and they always have my size, and shoes I like for walking, and working in. Today my husband got his first pair of shoes, size 15, from them.
