Me and a few friends are going on a snowboarding trip to Colorado in a few weeks, so we decided to check Willi's out for some gear. When we arrived, we got checked in by a nice girl at the desk. It took no time at all to get called back to try on some boots. Dave helped me out trying on a few new pairs. He gave me pretty good advise about how tight/loose fit my boot should be, how to break them in comfortably, what kind of socks to wear, and helped me decide on a pair that I felt best in. 👌🏼 Rock on, Dave, the experience was great and I love my boots! I got the Salomon Pearl Boas!

Great experience here. I drove over an hour to check out a new board I thought would be a good fit for me. I'm just getting back into it after many years. Colin was very knowledgeable and helped me solidify my decision. He gave me some great advice on bindings as well. I appreciate how friendly everyone was and never pushy. This is a great shop.

This was some of, no, the BEST customer services I have ever experienced. Norm, Luke, and the whole team were so professional but also so personable and made us feel so at home while also ensuring we had the best equipment on short notice for a very fair price. I would recommend Willi’s to anyone looking for anything Ski/Snowboard related because they really are the best. 10/10, can’t wait to be a returning customer.
