Very helpful folks. Good selection. They didn’t have every shoe in my size but they certainly had a wide selection and could order quickly what they didn’t have in stock. Great place. I went for some quality shoes due to plantar fasciitis. They had the insoles I needed in stock and I found a pair of Brooks in my size in the color I wanted.

I went in to this store to find a new pair of shoes for both my husband & myself. Ben was super kind & helpful, bringing out SO many options for me & a whole cart of options when I had to pick a pair for my husband. He was patient & helpful through all of my indecisiveness. We had been here before & it was also an extremely positive experience! They help each individual who comes in, including measuring your feet & helping you put on each shoe- a very unique experience. Highly recommend coming in for a wide selection of shoes in all sizes & a personalized experience!!

Woldruff’s large selection of high quality shoes is topped only by their outstanding customer service. Even though the store was extremely busy, we were greeted within moments of entering and received expert assistance from Brian. Both my husband and I struggle to find shoes that fit properly and provide good support. Brian found creative solutions to problems we’ve never been able to solve before and worked tirelessly to find shoes that were a perfect fit for both of us. We’ve never had a better shoe shopping experience! Top-notch customer service, knowledgeable staff, and top-quality products.

I’ve gone here twice. Once after my mother-in-laws heel surgery (both heels). And then again for my wife to get work shoes (12-13 hour shifts, mostly on feet).

We received great service and got to try on multiple shoes with both visits. The sales representatives were knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, NOT pushy!

We will go again! I hope anyone who is in the market for quality shoes gives this place a shot!

If you're looking for a place that has nice clothing that's different than you're run of the mill large quantities, this is one to check out. The ladies are extremely helpful and joyful, but their prices can be a bit high.

I was specifically looking for a vendor that carried Birkenstock . They are listed on the "find location" as carrying Birkenstock, but one of many brands, and staff not knowledgeable about Birkenstock. Staff told us they do not get much choice on styles and sizes for Birkenstock, and took a year to get in the Boston clog.
