With only two customers beside us, there was only one committed female that offered help, the rest of the employees including tall and skinny older man and a bearded looked like boss were good for nothing, after a loooong wait and no attention we left without buying 159.00 Dllrs. Pair of tennis that we wil get from a different store, what a pitty, with such bunch of shoes distribuitors customers rely on better service

Literally HORRIBLE customer service! Woman there treated us like it was some hood, pessant store & didn't let us walk around in shoes we were trying to try on! Literally kicked us out of the store because "we needed to carry shoes in the box" & we were walking around trying them on! How do they expect people to buy things if we cant try them on Woman was unbelievably rude & they act like everyone is there trying to steal or something! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME GOING IN!! GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE & HORRIBLE WORKERS

They have great prices, but the shoes that I bought did not indicate the correct size. I wore them once and my toes went numb from the smaller than advertised shoe. Even the shoe showed the wrong size. I wear 9.5, shoe size was 10 but it had to by a 8.5 or 9 shoe. WSS would not let me return for a larger size. I'm stuck with a shoe I can't use and out $$$. WSS said I needed to contact Nike. I say don't shop here.

I stopped in on a whim and had a rude encounter. 1st your store was EMPTY. Like not a single person in the store. 2nd I stopped in with my well mannered, well trained service animal. There was no hello. No welcome in. Just a rude man who said 'we don't allow dogs'. I explained she's service but asked why and he said surprisingly we don't want to clean up after dogs.

I really needed some shoes for a camping trip but I decided I'd rather be barefoot than spend money in such a rude place. Enjoy your empty store:

Went to buy some shoes but the Employee there didn't want to help me find the shoes I needed I asked him if he could assist me and he said that's not his Job and began to give me rude attitude as if he had something better to do I asked if I could talk to someone who would be able to help me like a manager or supervisor but he began to get really rude and use profanity and said he is the Manager and he had other tasks to do that very important and began yelling at his employees to get to work I got a look at his name tag it was Angel. I was going to leave but then I was approached by a very nice young lady who took the time to help me with the items I was looking for her name I believe was Selena she made me feel welcomed and invited very friendly and helpful I would recommend anyone who goes to avoid the Manager Angel and to try to get assistance from Selena because of her I will be going back as for the rude man who is proud to call him self a manager I suggest you that he learns to work on his people and customer skills as well as his attitude. I'm an 55 year old woman and I've never had a problem with any one at the shop before other than him I am a regular customer who always goes to that store for my grandkids shoes and clothing as well as backpacks because it's convenient for me to shop for my grandkids especially on their birthday partys because of Peter piper pizza and Safeway I would hate to have to go further to another location because I don't feel comfortable with the rude and inconsiderate manager. I hope sokeiis done about this because I would hate for other customers to feel the same way that I did I know customer service skills are supposed to professional helpful kind and curtios. My son and I went into this morning for some shopping and Antwon was extremely helpful. He was attentive, polite, and didn’t leave us waiting at all. As we all know, good customer service is hard to find these days! I knew I needed to share my pleasant experience after Antwon killed it in customer service today! Thanks so much. Also, the store was clean, organized, and the environment was peaceful. Awesome choices too!
