I read the reviews before going and this is truly the best shoe repair store in Columbus. The gentleman greeted me as soon as I walked in and knew exactly what I needed fix on the shoes I brought in. This shop is not one that try to get over or over charge you. I would definitely recommend my family, friends, coworkers to come here for their shoe repairs. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter has to wear special shoes to go over her leg braces and we aren’t able to find any around town so we have to order them. Well her shoe broke and the great staff made sure to get my baby back in her walking shoes ? 10/10 would recommend

I always go there for all my shoe repairs never any problems. Great staff. You do have to pay upfront but can't blame them cause some folks forget to pick-up their shoes. Give them a try ?
