My organ shoes were falling apart, in danger of damaging the pedal work for Easter Sunday. The shoes were not only splendidly repaired, but shined up and looked as close to new, instead of 15 years old. They fit and are so comfy. Thank you! Fantastic repair and reasonable. A great repair shop!

A number of years ago, I dropped off Allen Edmonds oxfords for replacement heels. I specifically told them to NOT polish the shoes, it was written down on the ticket, "do not polish", just install new heels. Picked them up and they had been polished 2 shades darker brown. He acted like it was no big deal, then tried to pretend he didn't understand English. Never again!!!

I came to this cobbler to have my shoes repaired and spoke with the guy who mindlessly nodded to everything I asked for. It seemed straightforward, we agreed on the quote, and I left, trusting he'd do his job.

Little did I know, he didn't register a single word I said. He didn't even bother to call me when the shoes were supposedly done. I had to follow up myself, only to discover in person that he had completely ruined my shoes.

This place is an absolute disaster—NEVER AGAIN!
