My husband and I took our travel trailer, which was previously purchased elsewhere, in for some warranty work. The work was performed quicker than expected and we were very impressed with the level of service we received from Kent. We went to pick up the travel trailer and just out of curiosity decided to look at their existing inventory. We fell in love with the Grand Design AIM but just didn't believe it would be a smart financial decision to trade in our 2024 that soon. Courtney, our salesperson, worked very hard to get us just the right deal to make this happen. She and Krista went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and we were again very impressed with their sales team. When we took delivery of the new unit, we were once more impressed with Ben and Phillip in their service department. The overall experience was very professional and efficient. We are thankful we chose YH Watersports and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or have service work performed.

Would not recommend their service. Took our boat in in may for oil and tune up. Needed engine block--took over a month just to get serial number to order part. A whole slew of costly errors later and minus straps we have the boat at the end of Sept. The worst part is absolutely zero communication from them. We called multiple times and never got a call back. Boat was ready for about 2 weeks and we did not know til we popped in to ask. So very disappointed. Too much competition for such poor service. And much higher pricing than everyone else.

My wife and I recently sold our Grand Design 22RBE. We were very happy with Grand Design and we are delighted Young Harris Rv is now a grand design dealer! We did our home work and love the new layout of the 2024 GD XLS 24BSE. FAST FORWARD; the minute I walked in the door Kent and Lance ( President) made me feel right at home. I had shopped multiple dealers and by far we received the absolute best price at Young Harris RV!!! Huge selection, great financing ( thanks Krista), great service center ( thanks Ben for the thorough walk through), and friendly staff throughout the building! We are first time boat owners. We needed guidance. Our expectations have been consistently exceeded. One of the kindest group of hardworking people we have ever encountered. We drove down from Kentucky just for our RV to stop working correctly. They had us drive down, even though it was a Sunday late afternoon, and they fixed us right up. They even showed us what the issue was so that we could fix it if it happened again. We are so incredibly thankful for their kindness.
