My husband and I stopped by to look at new campers. On that day we were NOT driving our towing vehicle (Ram 2500 diesel). And this may be why we were treated differently. Just our opinion. We arrived at 3pm and knew they closed at 5pm. As we were looking at the first camper we walked into, and were very interested in, an employee was walking through the lot locking up the campers. We confirmed they did not close until 5pm and was told by this employee that very few customers come by after 3 so they lock up the campers. Ok? But we were there looking at campers and we were a potential customer!? Anyway, we finished looking at said camper, walked inside to ask for a brochure and an employee went in the back to retrieve the brochure. After this employee returned we were told there were no brochures but we could look online to get any information we needed. That employee came from the sales area so we thought he was a salesman. If he was he was not interested in selling a camper. He did not offer to look up the information for us and did not offer to answer any questions. We are not sure what was going through their minds that day but we got the distinct impression they thought we were not serious buyers. Too bad for them because we were. We currently own a camper and have for over 15 years (and have owned 2 other campers during that time). We were looking to upgrade/for a floorplan change. However, after our experience on that day we decided that we would not give this place our business. We hope they do not treat others this way because over time that will cause them to miss many sale opportunities.

Even though we weren’t able to currently buy at this time, I would like to commend Avery Breedlove on his awesome and attentive customer service. Called since we are out of state to try and work a price and he got back with all information in a quick and timely manner and answered all questions we had along the way. Would love to work with him again when the time is right.

This summer I have spent over $125,000 between getting a new boat and Jet ski. The process was smooth and easy at first. The speedometer and interior lights did not work out of the gate. Took a few times to call but they sent someone out to look at the issues. He fixed the light quickly and thought he fixed the speedometer. I took the boat out that afternoon, and the speedometer still wasn’t fixed and within two weeks the interior lights wouldn’t work again. I called back and they said they would check with the manufacturer about getting a whole new part. They never got back with me. I gave them a month because I knew it was the busy summer season, since then I have called six times and even left messages with the salesman who sold me the boat. I’m yet to get a callback from anyone in the service department. I have requested to speak to a manager twice and still have not even heard from them. So buyer beware on the service side of this company. Very poor customer service once you purchase an item from them.

I purchased a boat from these carnies on 4/30/2024 and was told PRIOR TO THE SALE IN WRITING AND VERBALLY that the water pump had been serviced. After the sale, I contacted the service department with some questions which is when they told me that the water pump HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED. I gave them a chance to make it right, but they refused and told me to contact their attorney. I have filed a claim with the Georgia Attorney General's office and provided them with them what the clowns at Young Harris Water Sports & RV told me in writing, Getting ready to file a claim with the local Magistrate.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy something from them.

What a shame that they would not cover a service that they told me was done which only costs a few hundred dollars.

You know what they say, If someone will lie to you over a couple of hundred dollars, what would they do for thousands

Couldn’t ask for a better place to go. We were visiting from out of town and had a major issue with our small boat trailers wheel bearing. Previously living in the area, we knew exactly who to call.
The service was beyond friendly and attentive. They went up and beyond to fix the issue - even running across town to get the proper parts.
They were able to fix it up same day and allow us to return to our vacation.
They communicated well, educated us, and fixed us up. We are so appreciative of the work they did.

Would highly recommend for anything you need. They know what they are talking about and just good people

2 years ago gave a 1. They have grown and changed all in right direction. Avery in sales was awesome. Service manager was knowledgeable and helpful. Process simple.

When out looking for a camper we walked onto the outdoor camper showroom and ran into Courtney, who was helpful and fun to work with. There was no high pressure, and no haunting phone calls. We went home to think about our options and to do some research on how much our truck could haul. When we returned we were welcomed back with the same low pressures and helpful environment from all the staff there. When we picked up our camper we went through the paper process without a glitch and we got all the pointers needed to use the camper. You can’t go wrong here. It was actually fun doing business here!

My camper has been here since July. Every time I call, someone different is in charge of the RV department. Nobody can seem to tell me why my camper hasn’t been fixed, nor can they tell me how long it will be until it’s looked at. After owning the camper for two months, I took it back for warranty work. Each time I call, they tell me something different than the time before. Seems to have a very high turnover rate of employees and nobody knows exactly what is going on.
