Purchased a T-shirt while passing through on vacation 10/06, washed when we got home 10/08 and the bottom hem came out. When I called the store I was told once item is washed there are no returns or replacements. Clearly the shirt was not properly sewn to come out on first wash. I will not purchase from this store again.

In response to the owners reply that items damaged by the customer wearing or washing cannot be returned, I fully understand that if I wore an item and I damaged it, or I tried to return something I've washed numerous times it would be non returnable. I wouldn't even try to return under either of those circumstances however, this shirt was never worn. I bought it 2 days ago and most people wash what they buy before wearing. For the entire bottom hem to come apart on the first wash I'd say the product was flawed. Most retail stores that I deal with would replace the item.

Came in here excited to buy some local themed shirts. The selection was odd and most print items of low quality with few nicer options. What struck me the most was the rudeness of the employee. While shopping we set some items on the desk where you check out and it was made clear to us by her that she needed that space to “sort stickers.” The space was empty and usually at a store that’s where you set things. I was going to walk out without buying however my girlfriend already had a shirt she decided to buy. Paid for the shirt and left. Just so rude, wait five minutes for us to checkout and don’t say anything rude. Then sort your stickers. I was mind blown and surprised. So many stores are glad you are spending money and want to accommodate you while shopping

This is a great store! I came in to get sweatshirts for my sisters. Cas, the wonderful clerk helped me out. She helped me find BEAUTIFUL sweatshirts for my sisters, at incredible prices! Make sure you stop at this gem and ask for Cas, you won’t be disappointed!

Your Store is the best locally owned store that gives a great sense of Oregon life. I make a point of visiting and getting great art on clothing, that is so illustrative of Oregon, particularly, Central Oregon, to send to my friends and family, outside of Oregon. My grandchildren, in Texas, love the Bigfoot silhouettes!!

I really like these stores. Been to all of them across Oregon. Good quality and not too expensive. Have always had plenty of variety. I have always walked out of there spending more then I wanted, but happy with my purchases. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful.

It was 85 degrees and sunny, upon entering the store, I was immediately stopped and told it was store policy I wasn’t allowed to bring my water bottle in. It’s water, sealed with a lid, but she wasn’t budging on the “policy”. I get drippy ice cream and food but sealed water? Ridiculous!! I am a nursing mom who always carries water to stay hydrated… I entered a lot of other fine stores in the town with no issues, happy to take my money elsewhere.
