I love Blue Birch! Stephanie is a lovely lady and is so helpful. She special orders sizes for me that I can't find anywhere else. The Kuhl line of clothing is my favorite. She keeps a small-town feel with her customers. Great addition to Milford - both the store and the owner.

When I heard Blue Birch Outfitters was coming to Downtown Milford, I was excited to have a new shop in town, but BBO exceeded expectations and, more importantly, continues to exceed expectations every time I shop there! They stock only the very best products, and for someone like me who doesn't even do that much outdoor activities, it's an absolute must-shop stop! In fact, I did most of my Christmas shopping there and was THRILLED that my husband put a Blue Birch Outfitters gift card for me in my Christmas stocking! I love shopping there. The owner and staff are a delight, and answer all my questions expertly. It's just the absolute best shop around for anyone who steps foot outside!

Blue Birch is such a cute spot and one of our favorite local stores downtown. Once while there, my son spent a long time browsing the Patagonia bags searching for the perfect one. The staff offered to let him browse the other colors available online and offered to order him one if he loved one that wasn’t in stock. I appreciated that extra customer service!

Blue Birch Outfitters is a perfect example of why I love supporting small businesses! I had been trying to track down a very particular Cotopaxi hat that was extremely difficult to find, and the owner, Stephanie, went above and beyond to help me.

I called the store to confirm if they had the item in stock since I’m not local, and Stephanie was able to confirm that they did have 1 left! When I made a mistake during online checkout by not including my address, Stephanie was able to take down my information over the phone. She even followed up via email with my tracking information!

I just arrived home from a work conference and my package was ready and waiting for me. Enclosed was my hat and a personal thank you note for supporting her small business along with a store business card and encouragement to reach out with any questions.

The hat fits perfectly! While I live halfway across the country, this experience was so positive that if I ever find myself in Milford, MI you better believe I will be running straight to Blue Birch Outfitters! 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

I love that they had items for my 18 mo toddler. We ended up getting her an adorable cotton Patagonia shirt. Will be back the next time we are in town. Would love if they would carry wool socks for the little ones too, but overall I was impressed with what they had for a small store.
