Muy buena atención del vendedor, revisa bien los pies del cliente. Gran variedad de botaa y zapatos de trabajo. Muy buenas plantillas. Precios elevados, pero acorde a calidad del calzado. Encuentras todo lo necessrio de calzado de trabajo. Muy bueno

Mixed feelings about this place. I bought a pair of workboots here about three years ago. I loved them and wore them every day. When I bought them, I told the sales guy I had three requirements: made in America, waterproof, and resoleable. The waterproof part was OK. I later learned they were "assembled in America". When the time came to get new soles, I took them into the store. A different sales guy told me they were not resoleable. I argued with him about my three criteria. He just shrugged. When I asked him, "What's the point of spending over $300 on a pair of work boots if they can't be resoled?" He just shrugged again. As an afterthought, he said that his manager was in the bathroom, and I could wait to talk to him. I agreed. When the manager came out, the sales guys says, "This guy wants to resole these boots." The manager said, "OK" and turned around and left. So the sales guy wrote me up and said it would be 8 to 12 weeks. I opted for the "premium resole" ( I forget what extras that included). I just got them back (in about 8 weeks) and haven't worn them a lot. They feel like they will need a lot of break-in. I've been wearing my Wolverines instead. Not sure if I'll buy another pair of Redwings.

Sorry to say, but Red Wing Does not carry 1 more time Red Wing does not carry Bowling Shoes. They our very understanding and Josh was so polite about it. Don't call them for bowling Shoes, please. Get it fixed Google!

The Associate was busy but very polite (visit on 2/11/24). She apologized to everyone for the wait and thanked us for being patient. When it was my turn to be waited on she listened and heard what I had already researched online, which to tell you the truth was not flattering for the boots. However, I'd heard too many good things word of mouth about Red Wing Boots to take the online opinions too seriously. She was able to map or assess my feet within a few minutes and recommend a couple different boots according to my needs. I'd already come prepared to purchase boots but she made it that much easier. Very impressed that any company offers the workmanship guarantee that Red Wing does anymore! The trade off, taking care of your boots and understanding it is the key to a good pair of boots!
