Seamus was very helpful, courteous and new exactly what I needed to help me find the right fit for my feet and back not to hurt while I work. Never have I experienced a shoe fitting so well and someone so educated about shoes and feet. This man needs to be a foot doctor! Thank you so much.

Where do I begin! These people are incredible. Going above and beyond with customer service for my 91 year old mother who needed a very particular fit. My mother, my sister, and me all had the pleasure of dealing with these folks. I highly recommend them. They ordered in just the right shoe that made my mom very happy. Thank you Avon Runners Forum!

Running season is coming up so I started looking for a good shoe. I quickly became very frustrated and overwhelmed when trying to find the best shoe for me because there were so many options and I didn’t know which one would work the best for me. We were searching on google maps trying to find a running store and came across Runners Forum. When entering, we were greeted and pared with Angela. She was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She asked many questions on what I like in a running shoe, analyzed how I run/walk, and measured how evenly pressure was distributed on my foot using thermal imaging. The thermal imaging showed that the arch in my foot is low so she had me try a good insert that would be beneficial. She brought out multiple pairs of different shoes and had me put each of them on. This allowed me to narrow down and find the shoe that feels the best for me. They didn’t have the size I needed so they brought one in from another store. They came very quickly so we ended up going back a few days later. Another employee, Jill, helped us make sure the size fit well, informed us on a moisture wicking sock, and got us signed up. Overall the experience was amazing and so was the staff!

I was really impressed with how fast and professional they were with my wife and I. They let me try out multiple pairs of shoes and even had me stand on a pressure plate to figure out my arch issues. All in all I was happy with my purchase.

Nate and the other two coworkers were wonderful! Came in for shoes that would keep me comfortable for 12hrs on my feet and I had some pretty specific requests—but I was given two options that felt great! The ship to store option was easy and I left feeling like I had some good time to consider which of the two I would prefer and only had to pay for one upfront. The return policy was well explained and they’re very knowledgeable. I was hesitant to come to a running store for “standing” shoes but I’m happy I did!

My shopping experience at Runners Forum in Avon was excellent from the second I walked in the door. I was immediately greeted and asked what brought me in. Jill helped me find a pair of shoes for workouts and gave me inserts that I didn't know I needed but did. This is an old-school shoe store that will lace up your shoe and put it on your foot and tie it for you! The knowledge and expertise of their employee was awesome and I found a shoe I love! I would highly recommend this store!
