I have had multiple issues with waterworkz marine the last couple months I let the business winterize my wakesetter last winter and when I took them to get a pontoon boat to service the motor so I could sell, I set up an appointment to bring my wakesetter down to get the 100 hour service the same day so it wouldn’t be sitting down there for two or three weeks outside. When they called and said they was ready for the wakesetter I took it down there and they kept the boat for roughly two weeks outside before they got to it, when they called they was supposed to change oil, check impeller, thermostat, and do a full service on boat, needless to say went Saturday to take it out for the first time and within 10 mins boat was blowing antifreeze out the overflow and overheating alarm over 210 degrees shut boat off, also checked the oil and it wasn’t reading on the dipstick and they was done closed. When I took boat down there again Wednesday and told them about our day Saturday for the first time taken boat out they said it was probably the impeller which all should have been checked out the first time but wasn’t, also asked the mechanic today about the oil level and he said it was serviced on the 100 hour service and when he pulled the dipstick out it was barely showing on the dipstick to have oil changed just 10 mins of running it would not be completely black and hardly showing on the dipstick, got told that they didn’t have a manual on the 6.2 liter monsoon corvette motor so they wasn’t sure about how much oil was supposed to be in it but I believe it should be atleast close to the full line on the dipstick even though you can look it up on the internet and it takes 6 quarts 15W50 full synthetic Mobil 1 oil and they put in 10W40 Suzuki oil. Also was supposed to change oil again due to boat overheating and getting so hot and definitely didn’t look like it had been changed I got down there and asked if they changed it and they said no we did all that on the 100 hour service like they checked the thermostat and impeller and everything also but didn’t, wanted to show me a few drips that coolant was leaking and said that was the problem and said the bottom of boat was full of antifreeze yeah I know it was blowing out the overflow and looked like boat was on fire also they had a trailer light and navigation light that had been ordered and was there and said they would put them on while boat was getting looked at for a second time but they ordered the wrong one also. This time it was getting close to closing time and the guy said I owed them another $369 dollars for them looking at the boat for the second time again, the parts they replaced was $54 dollars and the rest was labor and didn’t even act like it was nothing serious and we had a place booked this morning for memorial weekend done paid for on the lake (roughly $700 dollars a night to book) and we have basically missed out on today and using the boat as planned so we have lost our money while we had taken it down there in April for everything to get done but still isn’t and looks like we are going to have to take it to another place to get everything else done that they have had 2 months to do.

Great experience from beginning to end. Worked with Jeremy throughout the sale. He was quick to respond to all my questions and made the whole process simple. He was honest and straight forward. I Made a longer drive past several other marinas to do business with Water Workz. Since purchasing my boat, I have spoken with Alicia a few times on the phone and she has always been quick to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed with regards to paper work since I live in another state.

I have been meaning to leave this review all summer but am just now getting to it. I especially want to give a shout out to Frank in service. I had a problem with my old Chriscraft scorpion and they handled it wonderfully. The bill was reasonable and the work was professional. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thanks for an honest, trustworthy experience.

I cannot express how wonderful this experience has been. The entire staff was very friendly and Craig bent over backwards to make sure that the process was painless and that we were very happy with our purchase. He went above and beyond what I could have ever asked. Customer service of this kind is very hard to find. It was more than worth the drive from memphis!

Took boat in for 20 hour service $288.00 later the boot came off the Bimini and Bimini ripped.was told was factory defect how can that be when we have towed the boat many times before without any problem.they did finally replace it after they tried sewing it and messed it up more.the engine smoked several times after service and started not running right so I had someone I trusted to come check out the engine and come to find out they had over filled the engine with oil by 2 quarts 128.00 dollars later the boat runs like it's supposed to. I don't recommend anyone taking their boat there for service or even buying a boat from there. We bought a new boat hoping not to have issues and have been very unhappy with them. The steering line came off the motor within the first half hour of putting it in the water. Please avoid this place they act nice until they get your money then they could careless about you.
