I recently purchased a Ride jacket from Colorado Ski and Golf. I followed the care instructions which apparently we're false because my zipper on my brand new, $250 jacket melted. I called the arvada store a few days ago and was informed that they'd be able to exchange it with the receipt because it's a faulty zipper. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have NEVER had such horrible, rude and degrading customer service in my life. After driving from Fort collins to Arvada to exchange my jacket that your employee said I could exchange I was rudely informed by the manager on duty that I can't in fact and basically made to feel like I was a liar and now had the privilege of owning a ruined brand new coat. But he'd happily sell me a new coat... I will never purchase anything from your business ever again and will be telling my friends to not give your company anymore business. I do not appreciate such horrible customer service especially from a manager.

Excellent experience. Although waiting time for bindings to be put on skis was 1 week they said they could do it in 15 mins - also they replaced a worn boot heel - free of charge! Good service and professional attention.

Chris was so friendly and help us find the perfect snowboard boot! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially Chad the manager who got us exactly what we needed!!! I will be a repeat customer for life now!

The front door staff was very nice and helpful finding me the golf section and a person that could help me. However, that's where it ended. I asked the representative his opinions on cutting down my putter and he told me it was my putter it's a feel thing. Which I get but I was asking his opinion hoping he might be some what interested into what I was trying to do with it. Whatever

I'm not going to go into all of the details of my experience I just felt the guy was very "short" with me and didn't seem to want to help. He came off very egotistical and I don't think truly wanted to help anyone. If your reading this I'm sure we all have came across that person that just seems they are at that job to just collect a paycheck. This was that guy to a tee !! ( no pun Intended )

Great ski and snowboard shop that carries popular name brands (Salomon, Smith, North Face, Patagonia, Oakley, Rossignol, etc.) and also does mechanical work on equipment (wax, bindings mount, tune-ups...) . The staff is knowledgable about all of the products, the have sales to look forward to, and there are a few locations around the metro for convenience. I like to browse here for clothing, ski gear, and sometimes golf stuff in the summer.

Very poor customer service, especially when it is busy. Bought boots and it took 2.5 weeks for them just to adjust my bindings, which they didn't even get right. Kid's equipment exchange program is terrible. Employees generally seem unhappy, unhelpful.

Decent product but customer service can be totally lacking! Ought to train staff to use the words 'have you been helped?' Only one kid did - thanks Josh!

Great service, best price on skis I could find. No complaints here. Awesome on boot repais too.
